Teamgeist f\u00f6rdernde Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/section>\n\n

Wir befinden uns in einem Zeitpunkt der Ru\u00dfproduktion, der Monokulturen und die \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Bodennutzung und von dieser Mentalit\u00e4t, die die Landwirtschaft zerst\u00f6rt und die Umwelt ruiniert, wollen wir wegkommen.<\/p>\n

Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb von Ca.Stella Farm-Camino Spinirolo konzentriert sich auf die biologische Vielfalt und den Schutz der Umwelt, gerichtet auf eine Bioproduktion zur Selbstversorgung, eine leistungsf\u00e4hige Versorgungskette von der Aussaat bis zur Verarbeitung von Gem\u00fcse, Kr\u00e4utern, Blumen und anderen Produkten direkt vom Land.<\/p>\n

Die organisierten Aktivit\u00e4ten erm\u00f6glichen unseren G\u00e4sten, den Umgang mit dem Land neu zu entdecken, die Inklusion zu erfahren, damit kulturelle, sprachliche oder funktionale Vielfalt als Bereicherung erlebt wird und sie mit Neugier und Freude begegnen.<\/p>\n

Bei einem Spaziergang in der Umgebung von Ca.Stella Farm-Camino Spinirolo k\u00f6nnen Sie auch Ihren Geruchssinn sch\u00e4rfen, denn hier gibt es verschiedene Arten von Kr\u00e4utern, darunter auch den weit verbreiteten B\u00e4rlauch. Sie werden seltene und gesch\u00fctzte Pflanzen und Blumen, wie die piemontesische Gladiole entdecken, verschiedene Vogelarten sehen und ihren Gesang h\u00f6hren, in lauen Sommern\u00e4chten die Magie des Gl\u00fchw\u00fcrmchens erleben. Es ist auch m\u00f6glich Wildtiere wie Hirsche und Rehe zu begegnen und ihre charakteristischen Rufe zu h\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

DIE ANGEBOTENE AKTIVIT\u00c4TEN<\/div>

Wir schlagen die Organisation von Teambuilding vor, mit einem dreifachen Ziel: den Aufbau von Beziehungen zwischen Menschen zu erleichtern, sie unterhalten und nicht zuletzt das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Landschaft, was sie uns bietet und wie wir sie sch\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Die T\u00e4tigkeit umfasst Gartenarbeit im Zusammenhang mit der Pflege des Gem\u00fcsegartens des Anwesens von Ca.Stella und der Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen des Campingplatzes (zum Beispiel: den Gem\u00fcsegarten von Unkraut befreien, Weiden von Holz oder Brombeeren befreien, Wege s\u00e4ubern).<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich zu diesen Aktivit\u00e4ten bieten wir auch die M\u00f6glichkeit an, das Team von Ca.Stella bei der t\u00e4glichen Reinigung der Tiere zu unterst\u00fctzen, z. B. bei der Reinigung der St\u00e4lle unserer Pferde, Ponys, Esel, Babyziegen und Alpakas.<\/p>\n

Bei Interesse kann ein Teil der Gruppe oder die ganze Gruppe mit unserer K\u00f6chin in der K\u00fcche mitarbeiten. Unter fachkundiger Leitung kann die Gruppe vegetarische Gerichte kochen und je nach Saison Produkte aus unserem Garten ernten.<\/p>\n

Anzahl der Teilnehmer<\/strong>: maximal 20 Personen;<\/p>\n

Dauer:<\/strong> die Aktivit\u00e4t dauert einen oder mehrere Tage, die mit dem Unternehmen vereinbart werden;<\/p>\n

Mittagessen im Ca.Stella: <\/strong>Bei Interesse kann die Gruppe vor Ort Mittagessen, mit einem vegetarischen Menu, das von unserer K\u00f6chin vorgeschlagen wird.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Kosten der Aktivit\u00e4t: <\/strong>das Budget wird entsprechend den ausgew\u00e4hlten Aktivit\u00e4ten, ihr Dauer, den Kauf von Ausr\u00fcstungen (DPI) und m\u00f6gliche Mahlzeiten in der Anlage berechnet.<\/p>\n
